Please detail EXACTLY how you want the corpse to look in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section of the form. If you have any questions at all please send me an e-mail. I want your corpse to be exactly as you envision it, so there is no such thing as too much information. Remember, this is YOUR corpse. Be sure to include what color you desire (light or dark). Shipping is automatically calculated and added to your order.
